Office Policies

Appointments

At our dental office, we know that your time is valuable. If you are a new patient please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You can also download all the new patient forms and complete them ahead of time and bring them with you.

If you are a returning patient, then we ask you to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The extra time allows us to check you and update information that is needed.

Cancellation Policy

We recognise that unexpected circumstances arrive and you cannot keep your appointment. If this happens, we request you to give us 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Financing

We have different financing options to make dental treatments affordable to our patients. Please call our office during business hours to learn more.

Insurance

Dental insurance isn’t the same as medical insurance. Please review the insurance benefit booklet that is provided by your employer to understand the benefits better. Please provide your dental insurance details and we will be glad to contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage and the plan you have.

We also file your claim, but please remember you are responsible for all charges. We will estimate the costs to the best of our ability. These are not guarantees that the insurance company will cover the remaining amount.

You are responsible for paying your portion of the services when the service is rendered. It would include deductibles, co-insurance, and any non-covered procedures.

If you have further queries about the benefits of your dental insurance, please call our office and our dental staff will be glad to answer them for you.

Emergencies

If you are a patient of record, please contact our dental office for emergency information.
